I’m pretty good at doing things online, but it seriously took me 15 minutes to work out how to pay for my tickets to engage this morning.

If the KCC webmasters happen to read this post – it’s time for a new online store guys. If a 27 year old Gen Y is battling – imagine how the Baby Boomers find it.

    Thanks for highlighting the problem.
    In April we wrote to the designer of our custom-built database /website with specific problems people have had with our rego process and suggested fixes.

    We’re just doing a bit of research to find out if we start again or fix what we have.

    Should have a decision on this by July and hope to have an easy registration process in use by the end of the year.
    It would be helpful if you send me an email with specifics of user-unfriendliness and I’ll see if it’s already on the list
