Next weeks roast is now open for orders. We have a new Peruvian single origin on offer, I had my first cup of it this morning. Ran it through espresso, and I think it’d run even better in a plunger. Will give that a go tomorrow. Click here to place an order.

I love this cover for last month’s Country Style. It’s so very spring with its gelato colours and rosy glow. Just looking at it lifts my mood. I can’t wait to get into the warmer months.
